Dalvin Cook's rookie season may be over after only four games, as Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network that the club fears the star running back tore his ACL in Sunday's loss to the Detroit Lions.

The team has scheduled an MRI for Monday to get an official diagnosis.

The second-round pick out of Florida State has been solid for the Vikings this season, leading the team with 288 yards rushing and two touchdowns. Cook's injury means Minnesota is now without its starting quarterback and running back, as Sam Bradford has been out since the season opener with a knee injury.
