In his NFL debut against the New York Jets Sunday afternoon, Cleveland Browns defensive end and No. 1 overall pick Myles Garrett - returning to action from a high ankle sprain - steamrolled his way through the offensive line on his very first NFL snap to sack Josh McCown.
