Mumps cases rise in SU students

The mumps outbreak affecting Syracuse University (SU) students has grown to at least 13 cases, according to the Onondaga County Health Department. The outbreak began the last week of August. According to Health Commissioner Dr. Indu Gupta, the students were diagnosed in a timely manner and have been isolated to prevent any further spread of the disease. ["]
