Sam Bradford spent part of the week in New York receiving a new treatment on his knee in hopes of calming the knee joint that's affected him all season long, sources told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

The Minnesota Vikings quarterback had Regenokine treatments on his twice surgically-repaired knee, which involves "drawing Bradford's blood, spinning it down, and then re-injecting it into the knee over five or six days," added Rapoport.

Bradford returned in Week 5 after a three-game absence, but was clearly far from 100 percent healthy and was pulled at halftime for Case Keenum.

Keenum will start in Week 6.

Meanwhile, Teddy Bridgewater's return to practice is apparently close. The quarterback will reportedly have a physical Monday to help determine if he's ready to return to practice.
