Nervous shopowners trip up Hamilton accessible ramp-building project

The Hamilton Tool Library wanted to build 250 accessibility ramps to specifications by business owners around town, but only 12 signed up. Some felt too nervous to sign up for one of the ramps, the library said, which the library was offering to build to custom specifications for $25.
