How Should We Grade the Republican Tax Plan?

Trump's plan got the lowest score. And since he wound up in the White House, nobody should be surprised to see that many of his priorities are reflected in the House plan. So let's grade the major provisions of this new proposal (with the caveat that grades may change as more details emerge).
