GO bus driver refuses to let boy, 13, on bus despite system-wide Presto malfunction that saw card denied

Tonya Richardson's son Jude, who was travelling unaccompanied, was kicked off a GO bus in Aurora after his fare card was cancelled due to an employee error, forcing him to walk down a busy roadway to get to a pay phone to call his mom because his cellphone died.
