Belichick refuses to give any info on James Harrison signing
Spare a thought for New England Patriots beat writers over this festive period.
Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is infamous for his tight-lipped approach with the media. His reticent attitude was on display again Wednesday when long-suffering reporters attempted to evoke an ounce of substantial thought regarding the signing of former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison:
For media looking for Belichick's take on @Patriots taking one of @Steelers best franchise faces of past generation in advance of a playoff in which they're expected to face Pittsburgh, well, yeah, um...yeah. pic.twitter.com/mYmaVjTxLH

The Steelers released Harrison after using him sparingly during the regular season. New England was arguably the most logical landing spot thanks to its pass-rush needs and ability to give the 39-year-old a chance at another Super Bowl ring.
But, if the Patriots are hoping to gain valuable information on their biggest AFC rival, Belichick, unsurprisingly, doesn't want to show his hand.
