The Green Bay Packers' struggles to find their next general manager continued, as they were denied interviews with both Seattle Seahawks GM John Schneider and Oakland Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie.

They're having slightly better luck with the coaching staff.

Former Packers' OC Joe Philbin, who left Green Bay in 2012 to become the Miami Dolphins' HC, is expected to rejoin Mike McCarthy's staff, sources told @RobDemovsky.

The Chicago Bears announced that general manager Ryan Pace interviewed Philadelphia Eagles quarterbacks coach John DeFilippo for their head coach position.

Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy has a busy weekend. After calling plays in Saturday's wild-card game against the Tennessee Titans, he'll interview with the Bears and the Indianapolis Colts for their head coach openings on Sunday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

While in New England today, Cardinals also interviewing Patriots' DC Matt Patricia for their HC job, per source.

Another Patriots coach is emerging as a head coach candidate. The Arizona Cardinals interviewed linebackers coach Brian Flores, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Meanwhile, the New York Giants interviewed their fourth candidate for their head coaching vacancy, Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur. The Giants also plan to interview Carolina Panthers defensive coordinator Steve Wilks and former Denver Broncos assistant head coach Eric Studesville next week, according to SNY's Ralph Vacchiano.

The Giants are also delaying an interview with Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz until Philadelphia's season comes to an end - assuming they have not already filled the head coach position - adds Vacchiano.

The Houston Texans will interview Green Bay Packers director of player personnel Brian Gutekunst for their general manager position on Sunday, according to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle. The Texans also requested an interview with Eagles vice president of player personnel Joe Douglas regarding the GM job, but Philadelphia denied permission, sources told MMQB's Albert Breer.
