The Los Angeles Rams' Cinderella story came to an end Saturday night with a first-round playoff loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

The Rams own one of the youngest rosters in the league and are led by the youngest head coach in NFL history, but they wouldn't use inexperience as an excuse.

"This is an experience we can learn from. But I don't think this game was too big for our guys," head coach Sean McVay said after the game, according to Joe Curley of the Ventura County Star. "It's going to be great motivation going into the offseason program."

L.A. entered the game as the highest scoring team in the league, but could only muster 13 points against the Falcons defense.

"Certainly this is a humbling game," McVay said. "You see why the Falcons are the defending NFC champs."
