McVay wins Coach of the Year after Rams' amazing turnaround
Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay was named Coach of the Year on Saturday.
The then-30-year-old McVay was hired as the youngest head coach in NFL history last year, taking over for Jeff Fisher. He transformed the offense into a juggernaut out of the gate and revitalized 2016 No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff.

The Rams won the NFC West at 11-5, earning their first playoff appearance since 2004 and their first division title since 2003. They finished first in the league in points per game (29.9).
McVay also helped Todd Gurley to a dominant season in which he led the league in total yards from scrimmage and touchdowns, earning him Offensive Player of the Year honors Saturday.
The Rams went home with an impressive haul of hardware, as Aaron Donald took home the award for the league's best defensive player.
