Wil Willis is a former U.S. Army Ranger, Air Force Pararescue, and television host for the History channel show, Forged in Fire. Willis posted a great instructional video in March 2016 where he demonstrates how to do a crawl, walk, and run variation of his Ranger Roll, a life saving technique for lifting an unconscious casualty and transporting them to safety.
