Kraft says he met with Brady, Belichick amid reports of discord

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft said in January he would meet with his head coach Bill Belichick and his quarterback Tom Brady after the season and he has fulfilled that promise.

Kraft said Monday at the league's annual meeting that he has in fact met with the two after a season in which there was reported dissension in the ranks.

"Yes, we've had the meeting. And just to be clear, we have meetings all the time," Kraft said, according to Albert Breer of The MMQB. "We're not a big bureaucratic organization."

Reports of a rift between the power trio surfaced during the 2017 season. ESPN's Seth Wickersham reported in January that Brady, Belichick, and Kraft were at odds over the trade of backup quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo and the revoked access of Brady's personal trainer Alex Guerrero, among other things.

All three men remain in their positions entering the 2018 season.
