Former USC and NFL quarterback Todd Marinovich is back in jail in Orange County after being arrested last week.

Arrest records obtained by Shad Powers of The Desert Sun show that Marinovich was arrested on March 19 and subsequently released after posting bail, before being arrested again on March 23.

While no details of the arrest have been released, the 48-year-old was in the middle of a two-year probation sentence handed out last year after being found naked in a stranger's backyard with drugs and syringes.

Marinovich was sentenced to 90 days in custody after the incident but could avoid jail time if he went through a successful rehab and avoided legal trouble for 36 months. He's scheduled to be released from jail on May 3.

Marinovich was a star at USC and was taken 24th overall in the 1991 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Raiders. He famously flamed out at the professional level due to a drug addiction, playing in just eight games over two years and throwing for 1,345 yards with eight touchdowns and nine picks.
