Gronk surprises fan awaiting heart, kidney transplants

A hospitalized New England Patriots fan had her wish of meeting Rob Gronkowski come true Monday when the tight end paid her a surprise visit.
Lauren Meizo has been staying at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston for the past three months while awaiting a heart transplant - her second in five years - and kidney transplant. The 27-year-old recently made a YouTube video revealing her dream of meeting Gronkowski.
Meizo's message eventually found its way to Gronkowski, who visited her in the hospital with his brother, Gordie.
