Ramp from Red Hill onto QEW closed after truck rolled over, reopening expected at 6 p.m.

Hamilton Fire officials said both ramps from the Red Hill Valley Parkway to the QEW Toronto-bound are closed after a dump truck rolled over and spilled fuel onto the roadway.
