Cash-strapped Five Star Movement-led authority is struggling to maintain city

Authorities in Rome are considering using sheep and other animals to tackle overgrown grass in the city's parks.

In a video posted on Facebook, a city environment official, Pinuccia Montanari, said Rome's Five Star Movement mayor, Virginia Raggi, backed the idea.
