This new riding, created in 2015, was redrawn to match federal riding boundaries. It now includes parts of the west Mountain. The former town of Flamborough was attached to this riding but it has been sliced off and merged with Glanbrook (in a new riding appropriately called Flamborough-Glanbrook). The area has been represented by veteran Liberal MPP Ted McMeekin since 2007, but he faces tough challenges this year from PC Ben Levitt and NDP Sandy Shaw.
