Lake Avenue School affordable housing plan moves to details stage

The chair of Hamilton's public school board says he's hopeful a "precedent-setting" joint proposal with the city to build affordable seniors housing at Lake Avenue School will be ready for Ministry of Education approval by the end of this year.
