Haldimand-Norfolk encompasses the two counties and runs from the border of Niagara to the border of Elgin County. It takes in such communities as Simcoe, Caledonia, Port Dover, Dunnville, Port Rowan and the industrial areas around Nanticoke. Progressive Conservative Toby Barrett has represented the area since 1999 (He represented the former Norfolk riding from 1995-1999).
