Rob Gronkowski's wait for a new payday is apparently set to continue.

A new contract for the New England Patriots' star tight end is "likely," but "nothing is imminent," a source told Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.

Gronkowski has made it publicly clear that he wants a reworked contract for the second straight season. The Patriots sweetened his deal last offseason, allowing him to earn an additional $5.5 million in incentives.
