Ontario Cold Case: Nearly 26 years ago Mark Nimz was killed trying to stop a robbery
by from on (#3SSRN)

On Nov. 26, 1992 an armed man entered a Burlington bar and cornered a small group of employees. Customer Mark Nimz made a fateful decision to charge the man, believing the gun wasn't real after it failed to fire the first time. He was shot point blank. The gunman continued to rob the bar before fleeing. Despite six witnesses, the bullet that killed Mark, and a thorough description of the suspect, the killer has never been found.
