Ministry levies $95,000 in fines for 2016 Hamilton workplace accident that left worker with critical injuries

The Ontario Ministry of Labour has imposed fines totalling $95,000 in connection with an Oct. 5, 2016, workplace accident in which a piece of road grading equipment backed over a worker on Upper Sherman Avenue, causing critical injuries.
