Celebrity chef Sergio Mattoscio has brought his chain of pizza restaurants to Burlington. Industria Pizzeria + Bar on Appleby Line is a modern pizzeria offering both authentic and modern Italian cuisine, as well as sfizi, Italy's version of tapas.
