'Irate' man accuses teens of trespassing, confronts them in dangerous way: police

The Niagara Police Service say a 53-year-old St. Catharines man was dangerously chasing a teen with his vehicle over grass, gardens, stones, and ditches, narrowly missing the teen and their group of friends, while continuing to threaten them.
