Hamilton police now investigating Walmart confrontation as a hate crime

Dale Robertson, 47, is charged with threatening death, dangerous driving and failing to remain at the scene after a confrontation between a man and a couple in the parking lot of a Hamilton Walmart on Friday afternoon.
