The 2018 Hell in the Harbour obstacle course and endurance mud run happens Saturday, Aug. 18 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (registration 9:30 a.m.), in support of Special Olympics Ontario. The challenging 6.5-kilometre event challenges physical and mental strength as participants tackle a series of military-designed tasks.
