Odell Beckham Jr. finally has his big payday.

The New York Giants announced Monday that they agreed to a five-year contract extension with the star wide receiver. The deal is worth $95 million, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Beckham will reportedly average $20 million per season over the first three years of the deal, and his $65 million in guaranteed money is the most ever for a receiver.

Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Antonio Brown previously topped the league at the position by earning an average annual value of $17 million. Beckham will average $18 million per season over the course of the entire deal, with another $5 million available in performance-based escalators, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.

Beckham had made it known he desired an extension before the start of the season, but New York reportedly wanted to gauge his willingness to buy into new head coach Pat Shurmur's regime.

The pass-catcher, unlike other stars like Aaron Donald and Khalil Mack, reported to training camp in an apparent gesture of goodwill to push negotiations forward.

However, Beckham hasn't appeared in the preseason as he works his way back from an ankle injury that ended his 2017 campaign.

The 25-year-old has been a revelation since entering the league as a first-round pick in 2014. He became the joint-fastest player to reach 4,000 career receiving yards in NFL history, and is the key to the Giants' offense alongside rookie running back Saquon Barkley.
