Superintendent of 150 Sanford eyeing exit door

Owners of 150 Sanford Ave. N. were expecetd to be at the troubled apartment building Friday morning, but never showed. While residents are left in limbo, unaware who the owner is, the superintendent appears to be eyeing the exit door, which has been broken for a month.
