The two biggest contract disputes in the NFL involve Earl Thomas and Le'Veon Bell.

While Bell still has yet to sign his franchise tag with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Thomas rejoined the Seattle Seahawks to start the season, only to fracture his leg on a play Sunday.

Thomas, who's now injured in the final year of his contract with no long-term security, showed his displeasure by flipping off the Seahawks' sideline. Bell vowed, in the comment section of an Instagram post, to take up Thomas' fight and "continue to be the bad guy" in his ongoing contract saga.

The running back has faced heavy scrutiny, even from members of the Steelers' offensive line, for his extended absence. Last season, he responded to being franchise tagged by holding out until the beginning of the regular season.

This year, his leave has stretched beyond the fourth week of the season.
