Fire station open houses will be featured during Fire Prevention Week, Oct. 7 to 13, in Burlington, sponsored by the Burlington Fire Department. Fire Station 1 Headquarters, 1255 Fairview St., and Station 5, 2241 Kilbride St., will host open houses on Oct. 13 from 1 to 3 p.m. with family-friendly fire-safety activities.
