Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson deemed running back Corey Clement 100 percent and good to go for Thursday night's game against the New York Giants, according to Mike Kaye of NJ.com.

Clement missed the Eagles' Week 4 game against the Tennessee Titans due to a quadriceps injury. He was listed as active against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 5, but didn't play a single snap.

The Eagles signed Clement as an undrafted free agent in 2017. He rushed for 321 yards and four touchdowns on 74 carries as a rookie, adding 10 receptions for 123 yards in the regular season. He soared to fame by catching four of five targets for 100 yards and a touchdown against the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII.

He has 112 rushing yards and a touchdown on 27 carries over three games this season while catching eight of 10 targets for 74 yards.

He and Wendell Smallwood are expected to form a committee to replace veteran starter Jay Ajayi, who was placed on injured reserve this week due to a knee injury.
