Imagine you have have to go to the hospital for a bit of surgery. You leave your car safe and sound in its parking space, reasonably expecting it to be there when you get back. That wasn't the case for a man only identified as "Mr. G," whose BMW was mistakenly seized and crushed by his local government in a case of"
