Signpost: James Street work, youth art and more

Motorists and HSR customers may experience delays when the city restricts southbound lanes on James Street South between Main and Hunter streets starting on Thursday at 7 p.m. This is to aid in removing the top two inches of pavement in this area and replace it with new asphalt. Paving will be completed Monday evening, weather permitting.
