While Duchess Meghan of Sussex shone at her first state dinner Tuesday way down in the South Pacific, Duchess Kate of Cambridge dazzled half a world away at Buckingham Palace, wearing Princess Diana's tiara at a state banquet for the visiting King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands.
