Four members of the Jacksonville Jaguars were detained on Friday night following an incident at a bar in London, England over the payment of a bill.

"We are aware that four of our players were detained over restitution of a bill. The matter is being resolved and the players are with the team. Any discipline will be handled internally," the Jaguars said in a statement obtained by Brent Martineau of CBS47/FOX30.

The players reportedly tried to leave the London Reign Showclub without paying their tab, according to Mike Sullivan of The Sun. The club features burlesque dancers and circus performers.

London police said Sunday morning that the players involved have been released without being charged.

"The bill has been paid and the matter has been resolved. Team has said discipline will be handled internally," NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported Sunday morning.

Those involved were defensive backs Barry Church, Ronnie Harrison, D.J. Hayden, and Jarrod Wilson, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, though the team declined to name the four players. There's no word on whether their status will be affected for the Jags' game against the Philadelphia Eagles at 9:30 a.m. ET on Sunday.

Telvin Smith, Myles Jack, Leon Jacobs, Dante Fowler, and T.J. Yeldon were also at the club, but weren't detained, added Rapoport.
