Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh is facing mounting pressure within the organization after losing two straight games in what is considered a "playoffs-or-bust season," sources told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

The 4-4 Ravens, who have not made the playoffs since 2014, currently sit third in the AFC North and play a crucial game against the division-leading Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

A midseason coaching change isn't expected, added Rapoport, but Baltimore's higher-ups haven't ruled it out after mulling Harbaugh's future at the end of last season.

It isn't just the Ravens' record that has Harbaugh on the hot set. The team is also reportedly frustrated with rookie quarterback Lamar Jackson's lack of development.

Baltimore lost to the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers over the last two weeks, though the two NFC South teams have combined 11-3 record.
