Remembering lives lost to homelessness

David Root and Ellen Brown lead those gathered in the Travelling Song, part of a sunrise ceremony to honour those who have lost their lives as a result of being homeless. The ceremony, held at the Bob Morrow Forecourt at Hamilton City Hall Wednesday morning, was part of a larger event - the National Conference on Ending Homelessness. The Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness organized the conference in Hamilton Monday through Wednesday of this week.
