Man killed by transport truck on the Linc thought he'd been drugged, SIU report reveals

A newly-issued report from the province's police watchdog has revealed that a man who was run over and killed by a transport truck on the Lincoln Alexander Parkway in October of last year thought he had been drugged at a party just before he died.
