The Oakland Raiders don't know where they'll play their home games in 2019, but owner Mark Davis said Wednesday the team has "a number of options," according to NFL.com.

The city of Oakland filed a lawsuit against the Raiders to recover damages related to the team's upcoming move to Las Vegas, further complicating the franchise's potential agreement to a new lease.

"As I said, emotionally, you know, I don't want to pay for my own lawsuit, but for the fans, it's something that I have to think about," Davis said when asked if staying in Oakland is still possible.

Davis listed San Diego and joining the San Francisco 49ers in Santa Clara as possible temporary homes for the Raiders and added that an early move to Sin City is possible ahead of the new stadium's opening in 2020. San Antonio is a less likely option, as Davis is concerned about the turf at the Alamodome.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said the league wants the Raiders to confirm a 2019 home venue by January or February.
