The redshirt sophomore finished third in Heisman voting behind winner Kyler Murray of Oklahoma and Alabama's Tua Tagovailoa, with 46 first-place votes.
Haskins completed 70 percent of his 533 pass attempts this season for 4,831 yards with 50 touchdowns and eight interceptions while leading the Buckeyes to a 13-1 record. Ohio State topped Washington in the Rose Bowl 28-23 after beating Northwestern 45-24 in the Big Ten championship.
In December, the NFL's college personnel advisory board reportedly projected Haskins would be selected in the first round of the draft.
