Payton appears to wear Goodell clown T-shirt to presser
Sean Payton has made his feelings explicitly clear regarding the NFC Championship Game no-call that potentially robbed his New Orleans Saints of a Super Bowl berth.
In a press conference Wednesday, he appeared to take a more subtle shot at commissioner Roger Goodell with a certain controversial fashion choice.

The top of Payton's shirt appears to match the uppermost portion of the infamous Goodell-with-a-clown-nose design. Then-New England Patriots defensive coordinator Matt Patricia wore the shirt after the team's Super Bowl LI victory in the wake of the Deflategate scandal.

Goodell was reportedly not happy with Patricia, now the head coach of the Detroit Lions, though the two have apparently buried the hatchet.
Whether the commissioner can do the same with Payton remains to be seen.
