Use of Toothpaste and Toothbrushing Patterns Among Children and Adolescents - United States, 2013-2016

In a survey of toothbrushing practices, 14.5% of children aged 3-15 years began toothbrushing at age a3 years, approximately one third brushed once daily, and nearly 40% of children aged 3-6 years used too much toothpaste.
