HIV Partner Service Delivery among Blacks or African Americans - United States, 2016

In 2016, 78% of black index patients were interviewed for partner services. However, among black partners, fewer than half were tested for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, 17% received a new diagnosis of HIV infection, and 9% were previously infected.
