Putin wants to create powerful new nuclear missile

Less than a week after the Trump administration suspended a Cold-War era nuclear weapons treaty with Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced he wants the country to create powerful new nuclear tipped missiles. CNN's Brian Todd reports.
