The United Way Halton and Hamilton (UWHH) and the 211 Ontario helpline are marking February 11 as 211 Day across North America. The service - which is intended to help people find the right programs and services for their situation and reduce non-urgent calls to 911 - also has gone online. People can chat with a 211 Specialist online at www.211ontario.ca.
