Salmonella Deputy Chief Medical Officer of South Australia Health (SA Health), Dr Nicola Spurrier, said they are investigating a cluster of Salmonella cases linked to three Angkor Bakery stores in the northern suburbs. There has been 11 confirmed cases of Salmonella reported to SA Health in people who have eaten Vietnamese rolls from the three bakeries. ["]
