Brown: Roethlisberger has 'owner mentality like he can call out anybody'

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown opened up to fans on social media Saturday about his falling out with the organization and, particularly, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

Brown reportedly requested a trade from the Steelers this week, with his discontent stemming from his benching in Week 17 and a reported dispute with Roethlisberger at practice.

No. 84 voiced his opinion regarding the situation surrounding his absence during the final game of the season:

When a follower asked him what caused the conflict with Roethlisberger, he responded:

"He has a owner mentality like he can call out anybody including coaches. Players know but they can't say anything about it otherwise they meal ticket gone. It's a dirty game within a game."

Brown will reportedly meet with Steelers owner Art Rooney II to discuss his recent trade request.

Roethlisberger and Brown have been teammates since the wideout entered the league in 2010. They've combined for 12 Pro Bowl selections but have failed to win a Super Bowl.
