Rental demand leading to ‘alarming shortage’ of up to 10,000 units a year, Ontario landlord group says

An updated study for the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario shows that Ontario needs to build 7,000 to 10,000 new rental units a year. Previously, that number had been predicted to be 6,000.
