Report: Dolphins shopping Quinn one year after acquiring him
by Alex Chippin from on (#4AK50)
The Miami Dolphins are shopping pass-rusher Robert Quinn a year after parting with a fourth-round pick to acquire him, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Quinn, who turns 29 in May, could be released if Miami doesn't find a trade partner.
The two-time Pro Bowler recorded 6.5 sacks and two forced fumbles for the Dolphins in 2018, a team widely expected to begin rebuilding.
The former North Carolina star spent the first seven seasons of his career with the St. Louis/Los Angeles Rams. He's due to make nearly $13 million next season during the final year of his deal, but none of that money is guaranteed.
